Wine Festival at Emperors Palace
Wine-lovers can look forward to sampling some of the country’s
best wines at the Cellar Rats Winter Wine
Festival on 3 June in the Red Roman Shed at Emperors Palace. The festival will feature over 400 of South
Africa's best wines, bubblies, ports, pot-still brandies, craft gins, craft
beers and more, in a tranquil and artisanal indoor setting. There will also be a variety of delicious food
options and refreshments available, along with plenty of seating.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to Kids Haven, an organisation aimed at rehabilitating children living on the street, along with the animal rescue centre, Dogtown SA.
Tickets are available at R180 per person, inclusive of a complimentary tasting glass, and R90 for designated drivers. Fantastic discounts are available for Winners Circle members. Regret no persons under 18 years will be permitted, including chairs, cooler boxes, picnic baskets and braais. Parents with children between the ages of 3 and 12 years have an option to leave their children in the capable hands of certified child care staff, in a safe and secure environment at Jupiter’s childcare facility located in the Entertainment Emporium.
