Jazz band, Soul Warmers, will perform once again at Bar 129 on 16 September 2017. The band, which won third place in Flamingo’s Battle of the Bands competition in 2015, will treat audiences to uplifting jazz as well as music from other genres so there will be something to suit all music tastes. There is no cost to enjoy their spring soul session.
Soul Warmers started performing live in October 2014 and since then has graced the stage at the numerous venues. Amongst these are the Northern Cape Jazz Foundation’s Youth month celebration in June 2016 which was hosted at Ous Meisies Lodge (Ernestville), and the Human Rights Month Jazz Concert hosted in March 2016 at Ranchville.
