Forti Grill and Bar boasts a beautifully and luxuriously appointed dining room and a state of the art, showpiece kitchen that guests can survey through a giant viewing window as the action unfolds. The restaurant’s exquisite interior features olive trees, a reflective pond and some of the most exclusive bespoke furniture, chandeliers and lighting ever created for a South African restaurant, including a seven meter long masterpiece by Stephen Pikus created from recycled glass.
